Getting Down on Yourself? My Feel Good Tip

Ever feel really down on yourself and KNOW that you were being way too hard on yourself but just couldn’t change your thoughts or feelings?
Here’s my feel good tip: Put a picture of yourself on your fridge from when you were a child. We all spend alot of time in the kitchen. Next time one of those negative thoughts about yourself comes up…or what you should have, could have, would have done, take a look at that child (you) hanging on your fridge and ask if you would talk or treat her the way you are talking to or treating yourself right now.
I have 3 pictures of when I was child up on my fridge and it works every time!
