Posted on September 20, 2010 by admin

Remain calm and don’t forget to breathe— Anger and frustration travel at lightening speed and often times have the ability to get us hooked into a power struggle, where we know NOTHING ever gets resolved.

Times of stress can make it impossible to think clearly. If you find yourself in a position where your blood begins to boil and you just can’t respond rationally to your girl, then take a much needed break until you are calm and collected enough to revisit the situation.
